What I Do

My core work is keeping networks, endpoints, services, vendors, and users pointed in the same direction. I have supported Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, Meraki, Palo Alto, VMware, healthcare systems, account workflows, and the everyday messy details that determine whether technology actually works for people.
I am especially interested in ground systems, mission operations support, secure infrastructure, and technical operations roles where reliability, procedures, and calm troubleshooting matter.

Technical, curious, and practical.
I am a trans woman based in Aiken, SC. I have run a computer repair business, supported a university campus network, handled sole-IT responsibilities in medical offices, trained software clients, and run as a Democratic candidate for SC Senate District 24.
I like tools that make the real work clearer: dashboards, checklists, diagrams, readable documentation, and small utilities that remove friction. I use AI heavily, but I treat it as draft machinery that still needs source checks, judgment, and human review.
